ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

Job description:

Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable/receivable data

• Accurately review, code and process vendor invoices
• Perform monthly reconciliations
• Perform data entry associated with accounts payable/receivable
• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies
• Address and respond to vendor inquiries
• Encodes receipts for input VAT for monthly reporting
• Releases check based on schedule and availability

Qualifications:

• Education

Graduate of Business related course ( BSBA, BSA, Accounting Tech, etc)

• Others

With Hotel/Resort industry experience is an advantage
With SAP exposure is an advantage
Experience with payables/receivable is preferable
