Accounting Staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management accounting, finance or related field
• Excellent use of Microsoft Office Word and excel very good with spreadsheets
• Attention to detail
• Confidentiality and integrity
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately process supplier's invoices, recording and posting them to the system in a timely manner.
• Review and process cash advance liquidation and reimbursement of expenses incurred during the operation.
• Perform three-way matching of documents and ensure completeness of documents before processing the related payable transaction.
• Reconcile AP ledger to the subsidiary ledger.
• Monitor payables and process for payment on or before due date.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
