About the role

Mindanao Med Source Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join our dynamic finance team in our Cagayan de Oro office. As a full-time role, you will play a key part in maintaining our financial records and supporting our accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare and process accounts payable and receivable transactions
• Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial reports and statements
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate accounting records
• Support the accounting team with ad-hoc tasks and projects

What we're looking for

• At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in the medical/healthcare industry
