Accounting Staff

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Accounting Technology or any Accounting-related course
• At least 1 year of accounting experience (construction or telecom industry preferred)
• Knowledgeable in project-based accounting, payables, and receivables
• Familiar with payroll processing and government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR)
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting systems
• Detail-oriented, organized, and trustworthy

Key Responsibilities:

1. Record and monitor project expenses and budgets
2. Process vendor billings, reimbursements, and liquidation reports
3. Assist in payroll preparation
4. Prepare financial reports and support audits
5. Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
