Accounting Staff

• Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts
• Process accounts payable (supplier invoices, payments, reimbursements)
• Handle accounts receivable (billing, receipts, collections monitoring)
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Assist in the preparation of financial and management reports
• Maintain organized accounting records and supporting documents
• Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, banks, and government offices
• Assist in tax and government compliance requirements
• Support audits and perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or related field
• With at least 1 year accounting experience (fresh graduates may be considered)
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping
