QUALIFICATIONS:

*Graduate of any course

*Minimum 1-2yrs experience in accounting

*Amenable to work Mon-Sat 8:30-5:30

Job Description:

· Functions as custodian of all accountable forms – SO, SI, CR, PR;

· Converts confirmed shipment in Acumatica into Invoice and prints transactions;

· Issues Sales Invoices;

· Receives physical payments from customers and issues related collection documents;

· Receives collections from driver (delivery); checks supporting documents to ensure all information, dates and signatures are complete;

· Safekeeps PDCs and ensures they are timely deposited upon maturity;

· Prepares deposit slip for all cash and check collections for banking;
