Accounting Staff

About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounting Staff to join the finance team at All Done 88 Construction Corporation. In this full-time role based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting and financial reporting duties that are critical to the success of our growing construction company.

What you'll be doing

• Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring timely and compliant financial reporting
• Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
• Reconciling bank statements and general ledger accounts
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Supporting the month-end and year-end close processes
• Providing analytical support to the finance team and business stakeholders
• Adhering to all relevant accounting standards, policies, and procedures
