Accounting Staff

We're looking for an Accounting Staff to help us maintain financial order as we scale our retail and e-commerce operations. If you're detail-oriented, trustworthy, and ready to make an impact, we'd love to meet you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Record and reconcile daily sales, expenses, and bank transactions
• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
• Coordinate with external accountants for tax filings and compliance
• Submit tax forms to government agencies
• Improve financial systems and processes as we grow
• Track inventory costs and assist in COGS calculations
• Monitor payroll records and reimbursements (with HR support)
• Support budget planning and expense tracking across departments
• Organize financial documents for audits and government filings
