Accounting Staff

The Accounting is responsible for assisting in daily accounting operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting month-end and reporting activities in compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Record and maintain financial transactions
• Prepare vouchers, invoices, and receipts
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and accounts
• Support month-end and year-end closing activities
• Maintain organized and accurate accounting records
• Assist with audits and financial reports as needed

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or any related course
• Experience in accounting or bookkeeping is an advantage
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Able to work independently and in a team
