Accounting Staff

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 3 years experience in accounts payable processing.
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English communication skills.
• Strong experience handling invoice verification and payment processing cycles.
• Knowledge of accounts payable, reconciliations, and general accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Excel including formulas, pivots, and reporting functions.
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Ability to reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies independently.
• Experience preparing payment runs and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
