Job Description
Job Purpose:
To support the finance department in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities :
1.0 Accounting Staff (Accounts Receivable)
· Maintain and update accounting records and files (specifically sales and receipts)
· Monitor and review daily customer sales and account receivables
· Process receipts and SOA for customers
· Following up & ensuring on-time payment of customers
· Prepare reports related to Sales, Collections and Aging of Accounts Receivables needed for monthly, quarterly and annual financial statement
- Support internal and external audits.
- Collaborate with other departments for financial data and reporting.
2.0 Accounting Staff (General)
· Printing of sales invoice and delivery receipts
