Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and performing day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies or irregularities.
• Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports, and ensure timely payment to vendors and suppliers.
