KEY ROLES
· Dispatch Invoices Accounting tasks, such as preparing checks, creating budgets, calculating billing statements, preparing and submitting tax forms , coding documents, compiling financial records and managing inventory records are also completed.
· Manage day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable/receivable and payroll.
· COUNTERING/ SUBMISSION OF ALL DOCUMENTS TO CUSTOMERS such as: Invoices, Credit/ Debit memos, collection receipts, etc.)
· Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
· Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping for financial transactions.
· Reconcile bank statements and maintain general ledgers.
· Support the finance team in audits and other accounting tasks as needed
· Responsible for the timely, accurate, and efficient preparation and management of documents.
