Role

For this position you are responsible for calling clients and communicating their invoices.

• Reporting of account receivable every 5th or 10th of the month.
• Report of cash flow everyday.
• Preparation of SOA based on the terms agreed upon.
• Reporting of Christopher template.
• Encoding of payments in quick books.
• Preparing, reviewing and managing financial documents, reports and statements.
• Keeping financial records updated, preparing reports and reconciling bank statements.
• Must be able to file, encode, and report on time.
• Conducting billing processes.
• Responsible for daily accounting tasks.
• Must be able to take in daily customer concerns and frequent calls as needed.
• Must be able to compose simple letters and formal emails as needed.
• Must be able to understand instructions and execute simple tasks and perform other related tasks.
