Accounting Staff

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accounting Staff to assist in daily accounting operations and ensure compliance with Philippine tax regulations, particularly in filing BIR reports and other statutory requirements.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file BIR tax returns (VAT, Percentage Tax, Withholding Tax, Income Tax, etc.)
• Ensure timely submission of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax reports
• Maintain accurate accounting records and books of accounts
• Assist in preparation of financial statements and reports
• Handle payroll computation and statutory deductions (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
• Process accounts payable and receivable
• Assist during BIR audits and government compliance
• Perform bank reconciliation and journal entries
• Handle other accounting-related tasks as assigned
