About the role

Uni-Care Hygienic Products Inc. is seeking an Accounting Staff (Accounts Payable) to join our team in Valenzuela City, Metro Manila. This full-time position will be responsible for managing and processing all accounts payable transactions, ensuring accurate and timely payments to our suppliers and vendors.

What you'll be doing

• Process and record accounts payable invoices and payments
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts payable records
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare and submit accounts payable reports as required
• Assist in month-end and year-end accounting activities
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Support the wider accounting team as needed
