Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
a. Processing of payments to suppliers and service providers
b. Processing of sales Invoice/monitoring of restaurant's daily sales in form of Z-readings
c. Accounting entries of transactions, postings and maintenance of accounting books:
c1. Sales Book
c2. Purchase Book
c3. Cash Receipts Journal
c4. Cash Disbursement Journal
c5. General Ledger
c6. General Journal
d. Process monthly accounting reports such as but not limited to:
d1. Monthly trial balance
d2. Cashflow reports
d3. Aging of Accounts Receivables
d4. Aging of Accounts Payables
e. Preparation of Tax Forms and filing of Mandatory Tax Reports
f. Monthly Bank Reconciliation
g. Ad-hoc duties to be assigned by management
Qualifications:
Graduate of BS in Accountancy or Accounting Technology
Computer Literate (particularly in Excel)
