Accounting Staff

Job Summary

The Accounting Staff is responsible for supporting the Company's day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, timely processing of transactions, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and statutory requirements. This role provides essential support to payroll, taxation, reporting, and general ledger functions.

Key Responsibilities

The Accounting Staff shall perform, but is not limited to, the following duties:

• Record and maintain accurate financial transactions in the accounting system, including journal entries, vouchers, and supporting schedules.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of books of accounts in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and Company policies.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable, including billing, collections, and vendor payments.
