About the role

Join IAN SMART ENERGY CORP' as an Accounting Staff - AR at our head office in Quezon City Metro Manila. This full-time position will see you take on key responsibilities in the Accounts Receivable and Credit Control team, playing a vital role in supporting the financial operations of the company.

What you'll be doing

1. Manage the accounts receivable process, including raising invoices, processing payments, and following up on outstanding amounts
2. Conduct credit checks and set appropriate credit limits for customers
3. Liaise with customers to resolve billing queries and maintain positive relationships
4. Assist with the preparation of periodic reports and financial statements
5. Support the wider accounting team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
