About the role

We are seeking an Accounting Staff to join our dynamic team at IJK Apex Phil Corporation in Quiapo, Manila City Metro Manila. As a full-time Accounting Staff, you will play a crucial role in preparing and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial, supporting the overall accounting operations of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable duties, including invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and customer account management
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements, reports, and other accounting documents
• Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts on a regular basis
• Support the month-end and year-end close processes
