Job Description

• Ensure accurate classification of all financial transactions into appropriate accounts
• Oversee Accounts Payable by recording invoices, verifying payment details, and ensuring timely payments to suppliers
• Oversee Accounts Receivable by issuing invoices, monitoring collections, and following up on overdue accounts
• Enter all financial transactions into QuickBooks and maintain organized supporting documentation
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding invoices, payments, financial concerns, and delivery details
• Handle payroll processing, including wage computation, monitoring cash advances, and payroll preparation
• Process annual Business Permit documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Prepare financial reports such as Income Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Statement
• Record, manage, and reconcile petty cash funds
