Accounting Staff (Bidding & Financial Documents Controller)

Job Summary:

The Accounting Staff is responsible for the end-to-end management of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), while serving as the primary custodian of financial and technical documentation for government and private bidding. This role is critical in ensuring ISR Security Inc. remains compliant with PCAB and PhilGEPS requirements, facilitating successful project acquisitions through meticulous document control.

Key Responsibilities:

• Bidding & Compliance Management:
• Prepare and organize the Financial Component of bid proposals (NFCC, Audited Financial Statements, Credit Line Certificates).
• Manage and update the company's PhilGEPS Platinum Membership and PCAB License renewals.
• Coordinate with the technical team to compile and review Technical Documents for bid submissions.
