About the role

F-Tech S&F (Philippines) Inc. is seeking an Accounting Staff to join our team in Santo Tomas City Batangas. This full-time role will be responsible for providing essential bookkeeping and accounting support to our small practice. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial records and reporting.

What you'll be doing

1. Preparing and processing invoices and other financial documents
2. Maintaining accurate records of accounts payable and receivable
3. Reconciling bank statements and performing regular account reconciliations
4. Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
5. Providing administrative support to the accounting and finance departments as needed
