I. Manage Collection

• Accurate reports on all collections- Ensure deposit of daily collection

II. Product Leakage Reports:

• Systemize Product Leakage
• Daily recon of returns of SOA vs Products Returns

III. Cash Shortage Report

• Identification of accountable employees for Cash Shortages

IV. Reporting petty cash if any for the site

V. Check and validate daily payables and sales and returns receipts to suppliers

VI. Pull-out: ensure 7-day return

VII. Redelivery Monitoring: 100% returns for canceled redeliveries

VIII. Report data as required to Headquarters.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduate of any business course preferably Accountancy
• Experience in cash handling, inventory management and bank reconciliation
• Experience in accounts receivables is a plus
• Good knowledge and comfortable usage of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet
