· Responsible for recording and maintaining company's transactions, such as purchases, expenses, sales revenue, invoices, and payments.
· Manage all financial accounts and ensure their accuracy
· Maintain precise and complete records, including ledgers, invoices and receipts
· Utilize documents to verify, record and process transactions accurately.
· Update the company's books of accounts on a daily or weekly basis.
· Prepare and submit reports as required and as needed by the management.
· Submission and compliance to BIR and other government related reportorial requirements
· Filing and payment of BIR Forms with applicable attachments.
· Preparation of ITR and AFS of the company for the year-ended
· In-charge for the annual renewal of business permits and other requirements of the LGU's
· Assisting the accounting and finance department in daily, monthly and annual activities
