JOB DESCRIPTION — Accounting Assistant

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Accounting Assistant will support the financial operations of Black Sheep Digital and Metita Concepts, a food retailing stall managed under Black Sheep Digital. The role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, monitoring weekly transactions, managing payables, payroll, reconciliation, and financial reporting.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounting & Record Management

• Maintain complete and up-to-date accounting records using QuickBooks
• Encode, categorize, and reconcile transactions related to sales, purchases, payroll, and expenses for Metita Concepts

Weekly Financial Tracking

Regularly review weekly financial activity including:
