Accounting Success Manager

The Accounting Success Manager I will help support the SMB and Mid-Market customer base in our Close Management solution. The Accounting Success Management team operates as strategic advisors who leverage their deep product knowledge to close adoption gaps, resolve complex challenges, and push long-term customer value to drive net revenue growth.
Having previous professional accounting or audit experience will allow the candidate to build instant rapport with our customer base by addressing accounting specific questions, scenarios, or other elements during the post implementation phase to maximize adoption and enhance our client’s entire customer experience. This role has a requirement of working in office 3 days per week, which may be subject to change based on team and business needs, as determined by the department leader.
