Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary

The Accounting Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial records, compliance with company policies and Philippine accounting and tax regulations, and timely submission of financial reports. The role involves leading accounting staff, reviewing transactions, and supporting management in financial decision-making.

Key Duties and Responsibilities1. Accounting Operations Supervision

• Supervise day-to-day accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and inventory accounting.
• Review and approve journal entries, vouchers, and supporting documents.

• Ensure proper recording of all financial transactions in accordance with accounting standards.

• Financial Reporting

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Ensure timely closing of books of accounts.
