Accounting Supervisor

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide accounting staff in daily tasks and month-end activities
• Review and approve journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports
• Ensure accurate recording of transactions, including AR, AP, payroll, and general ledger
• Monitor compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and government regulations
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and internal controls
• Resolve accounting discrepancies and support problem resolution
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns and statutory reports
