Job Description

  • Supervisory Responsibilities: Supervise and mentor accounting staff, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance evaluations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of accounting transactions.
  • Coordinate and prioritize daily accounting activities.
  • Resolve accounting discrepancies and issues.
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Perform account reconciliations, including bank statements, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
  • Analyze financial data and identify trends or discrepancies.
  • Prepare and review journal entries.
  • Assist with budget preparation and monitoring.
  • Month-End and Year-End Closing: Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely completion.
