Accounting Supervisor

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A. Tax Monitoring and Compliance
Ensures the monitoring of tax are filed and paid (annual income tax, property tax, withholding tax, percentage tax, value added tax, capital gains tax)
Participates in all tax reconciliations and balances.
B. Accounting and Treasury Functions
Preparation and monitoring of Financial Statements such as cash flow, monthly income statement, comparative income statement, and etc.
Maintain the General and Subsidiary Ledgers, verified and reconciled.
Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
Ensures P&L's transaction are covered by adequate documents and do not have any deviations.
Completes Balance Sheet Reconciliations accurately by the deadline set by published accounting calendar with all unusual items properly followed up on and completely examined.
