Job Description
Responsible for applying accounting principles and procedures to analyze financial information, prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements and ensure appropriate accounting control procedures. The job holder also holds responsibility in preparing journal entries, maintaining balance sheet schedules and ledgers and account and bank reconciliations.
The Assistant Accounting Manager supports the Finance Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the accounting department, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in financial reporting and transactions. This role plays a vital part in maintaining the integrity of financial data, assisting in audits, and guiding junior staff.
