Accounting Supervisor

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy required; CPA license is an advantage but not mandatory
• At least five (5) years of relevant experience in Accounting and Finance, with a minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong background in accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Solid knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
• Proficient in tax laws, regulations, and government reportorial requirements.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
