• Overall in charge of the Department’s business operations – Planning, organizing, decision-making, delegating, financial reporting, and updates to Top Management.
• Accountable for ensuring accurate and timely payment of external providers.
• Review of Vendor Bills and Line Payments for Stand‑Alone transactions.
• Review of SC Vendor Bills and Line Payments for Specialty Contractors.
• Review of Monitoring of Recurring expenses/payables prepared by the Accounting specialist.
• Review of Summary of Funding prepared by the Accounting Supervisor.
• Reconcile records with related parties (i.e. Bilrey Construction/NBC...
