5. Checking/Validation of Cost Accounting:

a. Internal Sales

b. NCP and MP

c. Other issuance (FG, RM-Additional Medicine, Busted sacks, samples

and trials.

d. Supervision/support to Cost Acctg transactions.

Weekly:

1. Checking of Accounting Vouchers

a. Payment Vouchers & Online Payments of Local RM and OPEX

b. Sales Payroll

c. Factory Supplies weekly issuance checking

d. Journal Transactions other adjustments

1. Checking Government Compliance (Routine) for submission to Bulacan

for consolidation

a. Expanded Tax e. Withholding VAT
