Accounting Supervisor

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee daily operations of the accounting department (e.g., accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, payroll, budgeting)
• Monitor and analyze financial data to produce accurate reports and statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements
• Coordinate and complete internal and external audits
• Develop and implement systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying, and reporting financial information
• Manage cash flow forecasting, revenue and expenditure tracking, and variance analysis
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff to ensure accuracy and performance
• Recommend improvements to financial systems and procedures
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management
