Accounting Supervisor

We're looking for an Accounting Supervisor who's confident in AP, AR, and BIR compliance and can help lead a team in day-to-day accounting work. If you enjoy improving systems, supporting a team, and working independently, you'll fit right in.

What you'll do

• Supervise and support a team of accounting staff (daily guidance, checking outputs, helping them succeed)
• Handle and review Accounts Payable tasks (billing, approvals, payments, supplier records)
• Handle and review Accounts Receivable tasks (invoicing, collections follow-ups, tracking aging)
• Help ensure BIR compliance (timely filing, records, and proper documentation)
• Maintain organized and accurate accounting records using standard accounting software
• Suggest simple improvements and best practices to make the office workflow smoother and more efficient
• Coordinate with other departments and external partners when needed (e.g., auditors/tax support)
