Accounting Supervisor – Accounts Receivable

Supervise staff handling routine finance tasks and organize their work to meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances and oversee all cash-related transactions to ensure sufficient operating funds.
• Oversee disbursement processes, including check voucher validation, petty cash releases, and cash advance verifications.
• Prepare weekly budget prior to processing check vouchers to manage fund allocations effectively.
• Generate reports such as cash flow, forecasted expenses, aging of payables, and other treasury-related schedules.
• Review liquidation, disbursement, and replenishment documents to confirm accuracy and validity.
• Post and review all accounting entries in SAP prepared by the Cash Management Accountant to ensure correctness and completeness.
