Accounting Supervisor

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy (preferred) or any Accounting-related course
• Can be a CPA, but not required

Work Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years accounting experience
• At least 1–2 years in a supervisory role

Experience handling:

• General ledger and financial reporting
• Tax compliance (VAT, withholding taxes, income tax)
• Payroll accounting
• Audit coordination (internal and external)
• Government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)Technical Competencies
• Strong understanding of:
• Philippine taxation laws
• Financial statement preparation
• Budgeting and forecasting

Proficiency in:

• Accounting systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero, or similar ERP)
• Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables)
• Knowledge of compliance with BIR and SEC reporting requirements
