Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Accounting
• 3–5 years progressive experience in accounting or finance
• Experience in supervisory or lead roles preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION

An Accounting Supervisor is in charge of finalizing monthly sales and monitoring of cash deposits. Responsible in closing and opening of business permits.

Overall Duties

1. Finalizing monthly sales of Multisports Inc. thru tallying the manual monitoring of store sales, EMIS and POS.
2. Finalizing monthly Certified Monthly Sales Report (CMSR) and send it to portals and thru official emails.
3. Monitoring and recording Cash sales and collections of Multisports Inc. in Accounting System (Sage).
4. Monitoring and recording online sales and collections (Lazada/Shopify/Zalora) in Sage.
5. Weekly reconciliation and monitoring of cash deposits.
