Accounting Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing reports
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements
• Monitor compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external partners as needed
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities
• Train, guide, and evaluate accounting staff to ensure efficient workflow

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or Finance
• At least 3–5 years of accounting experience, with supervisory or senior accountant exposure
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation
• Experience in month-end closing and account reconciliation
