Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Performance Management

• Lead cash flow forecasting, project budgeting, and cost monitoring for each development phase.
• Prepare financial models and projections for new developments, land acquisitions, and long-term growth initiatives.
• Generate monthly management reports, dashboards, and financial summaries for executives and investors.

Financial Controls & Risk Management
