Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities:

1.Financial Statement Preparation

• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and other regulatory requirements.
• Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations.

2. Month-End and Year-End Closing

• Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary financial data.
• Prepare and review supporting schedules and analyses for financial statements.

3. Internal Controls and Compliance

• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
