Accounting Supervisor

Responsibilities:
1.Financial Statement Preparation
Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Ensure compliance with Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and other regulatory requirements.
Review and approve journal entries and account reconciliations.
2. Month-End and Year-End Closing
Manage the month-end and year-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Coordinate with other departments to gather necessary financial data.
Prepare and review supporting schedules and analyses for financial statements.
3. Internal Controls and Compliance
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the integrity of financial data.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, corporate policies, and accounting standards.
Assist in the preparation for internal and external audits.
