Accounting Supervisor

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Team management: Supervise, train, and guide the accounting team to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Financial reporting: Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Daily operations: Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable, (AR) and the general ledger.
• Government compliance: Ensure all accounting practices and remittances comply with Philippine laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
• Process improvement: Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and controls to maintain efficient financial processes.
• Budgeting and forecasting: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
• Financial analysis: Conduct financial analysis to assess the impact of company initiatives and projects.
