Accounting Supervisor

You'll Be Responsible For:

• Leading daily accounting operations, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR), and payroll.
• Ensuring compliance with Philippine (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and U.S. (GAAP, IRS) regulations.
• Managing month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
• Optimizing QuickBooks (Online and Desktop) and improving financial processes.
• Supporting audits, budgeting, forecasting, and maintaining strong internal controls.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of accounting experience, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks (Online and Desktop).
• Solid understanding of Philippine tax laws and accounting standards.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
