Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Experience: At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or a related field, with prior supervisory or people management experience preferred.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax compliance, budgeting, cost accounting, and financial reporting.
- Leadership: Proven leadership and people management skills, with the ability to guide, motivate, and develop team members.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Analytical & Detail-Oriented: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with staff and stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
