Accounting Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily accounts payable operations
• Review and approve AP vouchers, invoices and payments
• Ensure proper 3-way matching (PO, DR, Invoice)
• Monitor payment schedules and ensure timely vendor payments
• Review and approve check vouchers, online payments and fund transfers
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Oversee month-end closing related to AP accounts
• Ensure accuracy of AP Aging reports
• Implement and maintain internal control within the AP process
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Treasury and other departments
• Assist in audit requirements (internal and external)
• Train and mentor AP Staff
• Recommend process improvements and automation initiatives

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Accountancy or equivalent.
