Accounting Supervisor

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Supervise Accounting Operations: Oversee and manage daily accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger reconciliations, payroll reconciliation, and bank reconciliations.
• Job Costing & Project Accounting: Supervise the accurate tracking of job costs, project expenses against budgets, and the analysis of project profitability. Ensure proper allocation of costs to specific construction projects.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, in accordance with GAAP.
• Budgeting & Forecasting Support: Assist in the development and monitoring of company budgets and financial forecasts, providing variance analysis and insights to management.
