Accounting Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented 
Accounting Supervisor
 to manage financial reporting, statutory compliance, and process improvements across assigned business units. The role ensures accurate financial data, timely filings, and strong adherence to company and regulatory standards.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Financial Management and Reporting

• Reviews, verifies, and approves posting of all financial transactions under MSGP / MS Dynamics.
• Reviews cash position reports and prepares financial schedules and statement analyses.
• Prepares weekly and monthly reporting packages required by the OCFO.
• Prepares monthly and annual operating budgets for assigned MCs in coordination with department heads.
• Monitors financial performance of assigned MCs against budget.
• Ensures completeness of cash and liquidation reports from the petty cash custodian.
• Prepares bank reconciliations.
